assistance in identifying the potential root cause
of failures.

Live manipulation of your product while x-ray
imaging to determine what is occurring under load
and operation.

High-speed camera technology paired with x-ray
imaging for freeze-frame type x-ray analysis of
products.

Product screening for detection of contamination
and/or foreign material.

Conveyorized high-volume in-line inspection at our
facility or yours utilizing Linear Diode Array (LDA)
technology
X-View ISG
provides services ranging from a dedicated system for
use by your operators at our facility or yours, to full
technical support by our in-house ASNT Level III
Applications Manager.

Services are available on an hourly or per/part basis as
well.
The pricing structure for hourly usage is as follows:
Inspection Equipment Only
Minimal assistance with initial setup. Operation by
customer’s trained and certified personnel.
Inspection Equipment with NSI
Operator
Qualified operator to run parts and provide images for
evaluation by customer.
Inspection Equipment with Advanced
Technical Support
Technique development and continuous high-level
technical support and evaluation of results.
Computed Tomography Inspection
Services
Technique development and CT scanning services with
analysis of inspection results.
